Would’ve loved this room if...

Liked: The property was in a great location and the room was very large, which made it comfortable. The beds were comfortable, view was amazing and tub was fantastic.
Disliked: The fireplace after about 5 minutes starts making this horrible sound that honestly scares the crap out of you when it first begins and you have to shut it off. The lights upstairs don’t dim it’s more like a strobe light, and when we first checked in it was very weird. We got to the room and it was unlocked and open and the bed wasn’t made (around 4:15pm). We called the front desk and some guy came up to our room after we let the front desk know we didn’t have a blanket on the bed, or any bedding. He asked what the issue was and I explained it wasn’t really an issue more so just wanting to know if we were getting bedding. Two hours later we got towels for our shower and the bed made, which we understood short staffing. The next morning we explained the odd encounter and how our room wasn’t ready when we checked in. They let us have an extra hour to check out which was nice. I just wanted to say for future reference please don’t let staff check in a guest before the bed is made and towels are there. We wanted to shower when we arrived and we were just a little surprised.

Liked: Good breakfast
Disliked: Beds...really soft and bouncy. Toilet was not doing well. Had to hold it down to flush it all the way. Called for room service to get extra towels. Guess no one is at the front desk from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. Elevator broke so 3rd floor was rough...oh well.

Very good stay

Liked: breakfast is nothing special, but plentiful, staff appears happy to work here
Disliked: this is a no-pet hotel, and my room 413 next door has a dog barking on and off, definitely not a service dog.
