A great staff, there to...
Liked: As accommodating as they could possibly be to displaced hurricane victims and out of town linemen and disaster workers, even though they too had sustained damage.
Disliked: Appeared to be in the midst of renovation so some parts were very modern and some dated but still a good value.

Exceptional
Liked: Henri Wong was so nice. He was very helpful and very personable. I was staying there because my place still did not have power after the hurricane. The room was so clean and comfortable.

Ok hotel in a good...
Liked: Good location, central between Tampa airport and st Petersburg, breakfast was adequate, 24hr tea / coffee nice facility.Henri on reception was very helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: Some issues with damp either from recent devastating hurricanes or a/c.Engineer was sent immediately and dryer provided to ease the situation.

Its these kinds of events...
Liked: Throughout my three-day stay at the hotel, I experienced a power outage caused by a hurricane. You may question why I would assign high ratings in light of weather-related challenges. This is primarily due to the outstanding service provided by two staff members. One individual, a gentleman, worked diligently throughout the nights of my stay. On the evening of October 10th, he attentively monitored the situation in the lobby, making every effort to address concerns regarding the delay in power restoration by Duke Energy. His remarkable empathy towards myself and others facing difficulties was commendable. The second staff member, on the morning of October 11th, arranged a taxi for me, understanding that my phone's battery had died. Additionally, I would like to acknowledge the lady who visited my room on the first day to offer extra coffee.
