A decent room for the...

Liked: The bed and the pillows were so comfortable. I slept great.
Disliked: I informed the desk clerk that I added an additional night on Booking.com. He said that was fine and that I would be able to stay in the same room. On the additional day, a man came to the room. When I opened the door he said something to me very loudly, but I didn’t understand him. I asked him to repeat himself and I realized he was just saying “check out! “ I told him to check his records because I had requested an additional night. Then that night when I returned to the room, the room key didn’t work. I had to go back down and get it reassigned. Not a huge deal, just an inconvenience.

Liked: Building was dirty, no linen on the beds and nasty bathroom. They didn’t clean the room at all so didn’t stay. Don’t recommend at all

Superb

Liked: The staff was kind and the lady who made the breakfast each day was AMAZING! They were so polite during our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. The front staff was helpful with local knowledge and made our stay very enjoyable.
Disliked: Only thing that was sad was that the hot tub didn't work, but I would gladly stay here again regardless!!

Liked: Comfortable bed relatively clean. Shower had good pressure and great location. Parking was great.
Disliked: Booked this hotel for the heated indoor pool and hot tub. Pool was COLD and hot tub was out of order.
