Lovely staff and amenities but...

Liked: The TV had Netflix and YouTube which was very convenient. I also loved the continental breakfast and the hot tub. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Although the room I stayed in was very clean and comfortable, I was a little uncomfortable because the hallway was quite dirty. It looked like it had not been vacuumed in weeks.
