Overall the staff was great,...

Disliked: The bathtub floor was peeling, and was nothing like the pictures. They have a pest problem. We had two roaches in our bathroom sink. Disgusting. The hot tub smelled like musty water.

Decent place but felt discriminated...

Liked: The location is respectable; two rooms were reserved; one was clean and had a pleasant scent, but the other was equally clean but had a terrible odor, resembling a wet carpeting that had been used a few times without being washed. Conclusion, I strongly would not go back. Awful experience with the staff.
Disliked: The receptionist told me to pay for early check-in and said there were no rooms available yet, but you could pay, thinking I would. Although I understand there is an early check-in fee, but once another customer tried to check in, he didn't ask them to pay. Several seconds after he told me there were no rooms available, he called me again and said there was now a room available because he wouldn't charge the other customer, and he knew that I saw it, so he tried charging me a fee thinking I would be stupid and pay for it. As a matter of fact, it wouldn't be a problem if he asked them to pay too, and we would be treated fairly. Sincerely, I felt pretty discriminated against and unfairly treated by the receptionist. Liked: The Beds
Disliked: The key card locked, the pool had salt in it, and the hot tub had dish detergent in it from what my daughter told me they seen.And the laundry area was out of order, and the ice machine was only on one floor .

It’s been nice and pleasant

Liked: I liked that it’s kinda hidden and it’s in a nice corner spot. The staff are really nice , helpful and resourceful.
Disliked: Everything it’s good the only the I didn’t liked it’s people smoking weed in the room which It clearly reaches to other rooms. And maybe the hallways carpets not being cleaned just need some cleaning work. Other than that everything has been good.

Superb

Liked: I had stayed here previously and I like the location. I feel that it is in the center of where you really want to go. Breakfast there could be more variety but other than that all else was great.
Disliked: That there were guest that allowed their kids run the hall not showing any respect for other guest. Some of their snacks are overly priced but other than that it is a good place to stay
