Disliked: We came with two adults and three kids one of them being 12 years old was going to use the fold out couch bed to sleep on. The mattress was flat as of hand and the springs were visibly sticking through. Upon requesting a rollaway bed, we were told that our two queen bed suite was not sufficient size to accommodate a rollaway bed. The 12-year-old slept on the floor. The staff Saturday night at the front desk were rude as well as in the morning. Not really sure why they were rude with us. I’ve always stayed at comfort Inn properties whenever I have traveled, which is often. I think I’ll try out something different next time. The chlorine in the pool area is so strong. It burn your eyes to sit by the pool. God forbid you open them while in the water you’ll wish you didn’t.
