Keep hiring people like Wendy
Liked: Your front desk clerk , she was amazing, very friendly and answered all of our questions . Wendy was great.We had a problem with one of the bedcovers it was stained with blood, she took care of it .
Disliked: Convinced to Higway, and restaurant

Stay was very good without...
Liked: Location was great. Plenty food places nearby. Easy access to highway.
Disliked: Walls too thin. Here all going on next door. Maybe someone checking thru halls to see if anyone too loud.

Bad start but overall okay
Liked: Wendy is amazing. I read reviews where she was mentioned and I had to tell her she was great. They had lemon water until 10pm, a lovely fireplace, hot chocolate/tea/coffee if needed at all times. Breakfast was good where you could make your own waffles. They had biscuits, eggs, and gravy too.
Disliked: The first room we never even made it in because a roach came down from above the door and landed on the door. Unfortunately, this ruined my whole experience and I was uncomfortable because I kept feeling another roach was going to come out from someplace.
