Liked: Nice and clean. Good bed.
Disliked: I only booked This place because it was close to the airport and had a Shuttle service, since i had an early flight.When I arrive at the airport I called Them and they said the Shuttle would be there in 10-15min. After 20 min i Call again, and they inform me they don’t know where the Shuttle is, but they will alert Them again. It ended up being an hour before I was at the hotel, despite the fact that is is a 10 min ride From the airport- had I known This I would have just called a cap. Furthermore it was quite dissappointing that none of the staff seemed to Care.

Wonderful quality for the price.

Liked: The staff was nice. Free shuttle to and from airport (tips appreciated). Breakfast included. Wonderful bed and pillows. Clean.
Disliked: Location is in an industrial area. Bus route/stops not super clear.

Disliked: The staff was very rude and uninformative acted like they didn't want to be bothered to do there job .never was told there was a restaurant on property. The breakfast was late and was gross.wasnt told that we had to pay for valet parking Was charged for it and our ticket was never put into computer Was charged an extra 75 to check in early but upon check in room was ready til 4 and still was charged the 75 early check in feeWill never stay there again

Liked: Great place to stay near Newrk Liberty Airport. Staff was great. Check-in fast. Airport shuttle was ready exactly when we needed to leave
