You get what you pay...

Liked: The room is big, it's modern. Location good as bus stop right outside but didn't seem to come that regularly. Uber eats is fast, you will need them, the restaurant doesn't do nice food and no food places close enough. Please note I have rated based on the individual questions however it's pretty cheap so you get what you pay for so I think all in all, it's fine. Don't put up with the smoking smell like we did. We should have said something but we were to tired from our long flight and each day we just hoped it would get better with aircon on all day. We were there for 3 days in total
Disliked: Our room reeked of smoke and couldn't get rid of the smell. It ruined our stay as it was terrible to sleep in. Breakfast minimal choices, food not topped up. It seemed once its gone, thats it. Staff seem they really don't like their jobs and they don't care. Maybe they are not treated well by the company as it appeared to me every worker regardless of their position looked sad

good location and comfort

Liked: The hotel was very clean, modern and comfortable. The shuttle service to and from Newark airport was EXCELLENT, there was always a fast bus available. The location was very close to the airport.
Disliked: The breakfast was not very good, there was not much variety and the food was very cold. The suite room was comfortable but the sofa bed was not comfortable, you could feel the wires, it is not for resting and sleeping well. Only those two things because everything else was good.

Liked: Location, view from rooftop restaurant. The food and drink was great in the restaurant. Very comfortable bed.

Great breakfast, poor facility

Liked: The breakfast was so good! Great options and well prepared.The location is also great, 10 minutes drive to Newark Penn station and train from the station to major tourist places.Housekeeping staff keeps everywhere sparkling clean.
Disliked: Maintenance needs to get to work, too many things wrong.Upon check in, the sink in our room won't drain, someone came to fix the clog, then at 5am the bathroom door got jammed and we couldn't access it from our room. Spoke to the hotel staff about it, she wasn't very helpful and gave very inconsiderate options like - wait till 8.30am for maintenance to resume, use the bathroom in the hallway. After a lot of back and forth, we insisted on switching our room so we can get going with our morning. Wasted over an hour sorting this.We changed room and the shower flow is bad, we managed it for our stay because we didn't want to keep complaining.Day 2 morning, the elevator won't work. We had to use the stairs from 8th floor with kids, stroller and all our things. When we got back from our outing that day, our key card wasn't working, we had to go back to the reception to get it reactivated, not sure why it got deactivated and no explanation given.Summary - not a place to stay if you need to breeze in and out, you need a lot of patience to get through your stay.
