Liked: Breakfast was great! There was a variety to choose from. Staff and Manager showed great hospitality to make you comfortable. The Manger on staff went out her way to make sure I got some sugar cane to take home to my family who have never seen cane up close. My room and the entire facility was very clean. Location was centerly located to my activities.Thanks you

Has potential but needs better...

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We arrived late and there was no bedding for my son’s bed, we had to call to get some and meet them at the elevator to get it. The tv in the living room wouldn’t work at all until I figured out everything was unplugged. There were only 2 bath towels in the bathroom, no hand towels or wash clothes and this was the presidential suite which sleeps 4. The breakfast area was not stocked at all and there were black hairs all in the eggs 🤮. The lady that was running the breakfast was outside smoking for the entire time we were in there besides the 5 mins it took her to get forks I asked for because there were none. The hotel has the potential to be nice as it seems fairly new but it doesn’t look like it’s taken very good care of by staff. There was 1 elevator and it was dirty and small like a staff elevator. We would not stay here again.
