It was decent

Liked: Location was great, staff was friendly. The patio and lobby area looked nice, rooms were clean for the most part. There were 3 elevators so the wait time for the busy weekend wasn’t bad. There is entertainment and food everywhere in the area, so if you DoorDash it’s only like a 15 mins wait to get your order. There’s plenty of parking and there’s also a little convenient store in the lobby as well.
Disliked: The beds were very stiff and the mattress felt cheap. For a queen size bed, the pillows were tiny. They’re just a small as my couch pillows. The floor was dirty, I walked around for a few minutes and my socks were black. There was a questionable stain on the sofa so we avoided that haha. Also the tv would randomly turn off, then it wouldn’t wanna turn on. You have to physically get up and hold the power button for like 2 minutes. I also thought it was weird that the trash bins in the room didn’t have bags, they just had a bag draping over it. Kinda weird but ok..The tub was weird too, you have to step up to get in and we both almost busted our butts trying to get in lol. Funny but not funny ya know. The complimentary breakfast is convenient but Every day was the same thing, nothing changed. It’s free I guess. I’m not complaining. I just travel a lot and usually the breakfast is switched up a little bit.

Liked: Reception was good. Nice lady. Room cleaned every day.
Disliked: Pillow cover soiled with stains. Same thing for breakfast. The hallway is hot and the carpet stinks. This unit will not be intended for solo travelers. The air conditioner is very loud. To sleep I had to turn off and sleep in the heat.

Disliked: I think the breakfast was really bad. I would have like some cheese for my bread and maybe some bacon

Liked: Good choices on breakfast. We were impressed. Room was nice and spacious. Good price for the space. Very clean floor and located on international drive and sand lake. So prime location. No issues whatsoever.
Disliked: I had absolutely no problems there. I personally did not go through any issues so there was nothing to dislike. Everything was good. I was stuck there during the hurricane and they were very accomodating.

Disliked: Comforter had makeup on it. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in a dirty bed. It was also very loud on the first floor. They also charged my card an extra $150 by “accident “
