Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast - there was a large group of swimmers when we came down and most of the breakfast items were emptied out. Need to let staff know when a large group will be eating together.

Friendly staff; cookies at front desk; nice decor at check in and room. Close to great places to eat (Little Joe's pizza is awesome) and shop and the amphitheater. Free shuttle. Nice little pool. Great breakfast with waffle machine.

Liked: Super comfy bed.
Disliked: LOL - no maple syrup.

Liked: The room was average-On entering the room took pics of a few damaged items as not to get blamed for damaging them. The breakfast was good and the lady that was in charge of the breakfast was GREAT...She did an awesome job making sure nothing ran out and the coffee was A++++. I would recommend this hotel.
Disliked: A few items were damaged, towel racks, sheet had a burn hole and only a few tissues in box.

Liked: I am very disappointed because of the pool situation! It was freezing and not even heated! My son is anemic and the only reason we chose this hotel was because of the pool. Yes I get it, it is winter, but you have an INDOOR pool for a reason. The pool was not heated at all! It was an icebox!
Disliked: The pool was not accessible! It was freezing! And unbearable

Liked: i love the hotel but this time they were rude and kick me and my family out not even a hour after checking in because 2 kids were swimming extra with my booking
Disliked: i love the hotel but this time they were rude and kick me and my family out not even a hour after checking in because 2 kids were swimming extra with my booking. they didn’t offer me a partial refund or anything just kick me and my family out all because two extra kids where swimming before the other parent can make it to book a stay of a night. the customer women was very rude and nasty attitude
