Liked: Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast - there was a large group of swimmers when we came down and most of the breakfast items were emptied out. Need to let staff know when a large group will be eating together.

Friendly staff; cookies at front desk; nice decor at check in and room. Close to great places to eat (Little Joe's pizza is awesome) and shop and the amphitheater. Free shuttle. Nice little pool. Great breakfast with waffle machine.

Liked: Super comfy bed.

Liked: The bed was great!
Disliked: Kid that checked us in was soooo ignorant. Couldn’t find our reservation. Had my reservation # on my phone showed him, and still couldn’t find it then proceeded to let everyone in the lobby know “your card was declined, that’s why they must of cancelled your reservation when your card wouldn’t go through.” I said not so I have a pd. Receipt from Bookings. My card was not declined. “Had to be he said”. I in turn said could you check under Lurana instead of Paul, and there it was. If you used the last name wouldn’t you check for anyone with that name? Took my card to “swipe” for the incidentals charge, kept swiping and swiping, got angry then because he had to enter it manually. I have a chip and can use my card by tapping. But he insisted he had to swipe. The charge went right through! It’s really to bad. I live in MI and have to bring my husband into IL once a week for cancer treatment. I’m still hoping to find a hotel that is accommodating and whose staff is kind.

Disliked: The let out couch. No one should have to feel the pain coming from the uncomfortable mattress on the let out couch feels like you're laying on rocks because you feel the rails in your back and side. The bathroom door on the inside can use some paint
