Liked: Easy access to Manhattan, but much cheaper. Rooms were clean and well appointed.
Disliked: Desk staff could have been more friendly/engaging/helpful. Coffee was bad - weak and lukewarm.

Bad

Liked: I feared for my life. There was a gentleman down. That was harassing me in front of the staff and nobody did anything until I called for their assistance. I was too afraid to go back downstairs. And and I want a total refund for my stay there.I didn't feel safe.

Poor

Liked: The staff were kind. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast good.
Disliked: The elevator was out of order. We had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with our luggage. Once we got in the room the telephone wasn't working. I couldn't call downstairs to find out what time was breakfast. In addition, the clock made noises all night. I had to unplug the clock. The bathroom door squeaked in the middle of the night. It woke up my family member when I went to the bathroom. I did not have a good stay. I wouldn't recommend anyone to say there.
