Disappointing

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: Location of property is poor & Room stinks. Toilet choked and even though the advertisement said that the room cleaning will be done every day it was done every third daythird day instead. Internet was really really bad always getting disconnected hardly ever stayed connected. breakfast did not have a variety and was very basic but would appreciate if there was a bit of variety in the breakfast.Staff were really really helpful and cooperative did everything in their capacity to make us feel comfortable and welcome .

It served it’s purpose but...

Liked: The property had I think homeless family and they had a dispute in the hall vulgar Lange in the hall I had a 2 year old , where was your security staff ? Thank God it was only one night
Disliked: The phone in the room didn’t work, noise outburst of a couple in the hallway never again
