Disliked: Poor customer service. The room on booking said 1 king bed and a sofa bed. When we arrived at the facility, we were asked to pay another $250 to use the sofa bed. Ridiculous.

The stay was pleasant and...

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful, location was convenient, rooms were clean and comfortable
Disliked: Somewhere in the lobby to fill water bottles would be a really nice alternative to using the taps in the room.The hot breakfast, bread and coffee could have been a bit better.
