OK but needed a few...

Liked: Breakfast was great. Staff was also understanding and worked with us to accommodate our needs.
Disliked: Elevator got stuck it did have the sign in the doors before we went in. requested a wheelchair accessible room and it was not ready when we arrived and we had to request a different room.

Just not good

Liked: We arrived and they had no water and Andy heard because someone leaving told us. They seem upset I didn’t want to check in until water was working. Went to eat and was on when we returned. Had reservations for 4 people and room only had towels for 2. Had to carry used ones down and collect more after we used them. Still couldn’t get enough for 4. The shower had hair in it .the coffee maker lacked the tray to hold the coffee and had to go down to seat to get one. When I did make coffee it had a weird scum on top like the coffeemaker was dirty!
Disliked: Felt dirty and rundown.

Liked: The key for the door (card) was not working because the door was broken went to front desk just gave me another card that didn’t work one of the beds was completely bad and very uncomfortable the pillows were bad as well not worthy for the price
