Disliked: The night staff was always on the phone with a personal call. When I went to ask to buy a drink from the concession stand, I asked if it could be put on the room and all the person did was hold up 3 fingers. I asked again and he said cash only. This was 1 am on a Thursday. He could have put it on the room and this cash only bit is terrible. 5$ for a sneakers bar? This owners need to change this policy. No one carries cash anymore.

You get what you pay...

Liked: Let’s start with the front desk. Every time I went to the desk for something the person was talking on a phone call on speaker while helping me. I went 3 times. Only once did they actually help me. The pool is clean enough but it’s surrounded by like stucco concrete that is VERY slippery and has no grip whatsoever. Our 1 year old fell multiple times as did a couple of the other adults who were with us. The room smelled like natural gas almost the entire time we were there. The sheet had stains on it as soon as we got there and the staff did not clean the room once (we were there for 3 days and nights). We had to take our own trash out twice because the housekeeping team did not do it. Additionally the curtains had what looked like blood stains on them. The bathroom looked like it had flooded recently because all the paint and paper at the bottom of the wall was peeling or stained, as well as the wood at the bottom of the door. The AC unit was disgusting and full of dust and debris. The mattress was okay. Overall would never stay here again. If you do stay here check your sheets before you get in the bed!!
