Bed was very comfortable.

Liked: Had a handicap accessible room with a roll in shower. The shower curtain was short and allowed water out onto a tile floor that was slick as ice. I almost fell. Unless a person is in a wheelchair, this bathroom is dangerous.

Disliked: Several vehicles were broken into at this location. Makes me wonder about the safety in this area. Will definitely think twice about staying here again. If problems like this are occurring regularly maybe the hotel needs to consider hiring security.

HORRIBLE STAY - and I'm...

Liked: The location would have been fantastic if the property of was in good condition. The hotel smelled clean upon arrival, dark and dense. 1st ISSUE: Once in the room, the AC/Heater unit could not be adjusted and when powered off, the unit stay running cold air. My 74yr old mother was freezing. Front desk person did come to check out, suggested to unplug if couldn't fix. We ended up unplugging. 2nd ISSUE: Room 212 had horrible water pressure and water did not get hot when turned to max and even let it run for 10 mins prior to using the barely warm shower water. 3rd ISSUE: Pets (dogs) barking in multiple rooms like they were left by themselves, very annoying. Did contact front desk and they had the manager to can the person in that room to quiet their dogs. 4th ISSUE: upon leaving at 7 AM 3/16/2025 - my SUV was broken into (along with 9-11 other guest SUVs & Pickup trucks - all vehicles fairly NEW), the thief crew popped the back passenger window of all our vehicles and climbed in and rummaged the vehicle. NONE of our alarms went off (the police were wondering why as well).Seriously felt like an inside job since the cameras are working but NO HOTEL Attendant caught anything???I didn't see anything missing out of mine but they did report by police that the perps stole someone's pistol.OPEN CASE as of 3/16/2025.....
Disliked: EVERYTHING....I just had to file a report with the police to start my morning and was late to my event. The hotel was nice enough to let us use their vacuum and broom.I didn't like telling the hotel at 2:30 AM that the upstairs is so loud we could not sleep from a child or a pet running back and forth non-stop for multiple hours before I called the front desk.HORRIBLE STAY HORRIBLE STAY HORRIBLE STAY HORRIBLE STAY.@CHOICEHOTEL - I have filed a report to your property and expect a FULL REFUND of my sleepless night stay.
