Disappointing

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Breakfast facilities looked clean and inviting. The young man that tried to fix television was very nice.
Disliked: Pillows not comfortable. Asked for bedding to be changed for two days Didn't happen. Not enough towels. Tv did not work for 3 days even after asking for assistance.

Convenient, quality and a good...

Liked: The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised at the variety and quality of the breakfast. I was somewhat concerned with the location but it was very safe and quiet. There were several families staying for a softball tournament, for good reason, the hotel is right by the softball complex and couldn't be more convenient. We would definitely stay again.
Disliked: The TV kept losing the signal

Liked: Only had coffee, couldn’t have the breakfast because we had to leave before breakfast was served. Staff was friendly but we had to reprogram our room keys four times, for one night this site is passable, any longer stays I would suggest another location. No bang for your buck at this site !

The bed was very comfy....

Liked: Beds were very comfy, room was nice and large. Pretty quiet overnights.
Disliked: Breakfast was decent, but the second day we had less selection of foods, and the juice dispenser was not working.They could have had some alternate choices maybe in individual cups?Elevator is tiny.
