Liked: Staff was nice, free breakfast is nice. Hot tub good. . this is my 3rd year staying here.
Disliked: My tv (room 318) wouldn't stay on longer than 15 minutes. I called the front desk 5 times, but they weren't able to fix it. I had to keep unplugging the cox box to reset it... I just wanted to relax and watch TV. It was frustrating. I gave up after 10 resets... Ice machine needs to be properly cleaned out. Looks yucky. There was black stuff in my ice cubes.

Great stay!

Liked: Staff was extraordinarily helpful with whatever we needed!
Disliked: Breakfast choices were the same everyday. It would be nice to have a little more variety, especially when we have an extended stay. The only negative thing, was our tub plug would not plug the tub for a bath.
