Liked: Not too far from any of our destinations was a perfect location for where we needed to go as we're in for a wedding.
Disliked: The hot tub was a super disappointment. Which was the main reason we chose the hotel with pool and spa.

Disliked: The property was in a horrible location! Next to 2 dive bars and homeless people everywhere! Only 2 cars in the parking lot and when I tried to ask if we could check in only 30mins early the man behind the desk working said No! I said no one is here and it’s only 30mins early. He said again said “No! Check in is in 30mins and you have to wait!” So, I just canceled because he was so rude and the area itself made us so nervous and completely uncomfortable! I would Never Ever recommend this place!!!

Disliked: Our room had dirt in every corner, carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks, there was no shower curtain, blood droplets on the sink and ledge by the mirror, tv didn’t work, when I asked the front desk to help they said they would send someone and no one ever came, right after checking in there was a confrontation between to woman at the counter that got extremely loud.

Liked: Breakfast wasn't great. Doors to outside didn't secure. Not a great part of town. Once inside the pool and hottub were awesome for the kids. The room was clean.There was not a lot of information provided. Nothing posted about check out time and breakfast times which was disappointing since we missed it the second day.
Disliked: More information about check out times and breakfast time, pool and fitness center times etc. None of this information available at checkout or in the room. Kids didn't feel very secure with people wondering from the bar in the front of the property around and the outside doors that didn't secure.

Liked: The staff was not very polite, quite rude. The hotel was dirty. Toilet was even dirty with poop stains on the seat. The bath also wasn’t clean. The shower floor was gritty and gross. And there were mystery white stains all over the couch and seating. Also stains on the curtains. Tv in the other room didn’t work. And our hallway smelt strongly of weed. Worker was very rude when we had called just to ask for the wifi password. Not very happy with the amount of money spent on this hotel. Not to mention the location is not good. A lot of homeless people are in this area which we got harassed by one as well. I do not recommend this place. Find somewhere else to spend your money.
