Disliked: Dirty under the pull out couch (food, like a lot) a dirty butter knife coated with a white substance on the bed itself, had to ask for towels after they took our used ones. Lady working was quite rude to not just myself (asking if I could have bedding for the gross pull out bed) and giving me attitude over a simple question to things that should be readily available in the room itself, but to other customers in the lobby. At one point I heard a man ask if he was allowed outside :/ ( no beverage in hand) Just very uncomfortable situation, understanding there was many kids for hockey tournaments no one should feel as if they have to ask to leave the building, or scared to go down to ask for towels or bedding.
