Disliked: TV has limited LA channels and options. Pillows very small and lumpy. Mold/mildew in shower. Get rid of shower curtains. Needs upgrade

Liked: The staff was very friendly, and I overheard them solving a couple of other guest issues quickly. The location is great for visiting Murietta Hot Spring resort.
Disliked: My lower rating was based on two things, neither which I bothered to report since I was only there one night: 1) Lots of hair in my bathroom when I arrived, and 2) A side table lamp that wasn't plugged in - there was no plug anywhere on that side of the room. Someone had run an extension cord to the side table for the alarm clock, but it didn't have a 3-prong safety cord for the lamp.

Liked: I did not get to stay here because I did not have the form of payment for my stay because they did not take cash app or chime which I was not informed when I arrived. I tried to go load my chime card after I had asked the gentleman at the front desk if I could use chime and he did not answer me so I loaded that card and came back and then found out I could not use chime and by that time it was about 4:00 p.m. and he emailed his manager Norma which refused to give me a refund. I had a very bad experience did not even get to see the room that I paid for and did not get refunded for because by that time he said there was nothing he could do because it was after checkin hours. He did not inform me that when I showed up at 3:00 p.m. that there was a cancellation time I had to reach before I could cancel I feel like I got scammed.
