Good
Liked: Room was affordable ,staff was nice.
Disliked: The bed was a little hard, shower curtain was really short, breakfast meats looked really undercooked like they boiled it in water for 3 minutes. mind you there are tons of other places to get breakfast so it wasn't like there weren't alternatives.

Beyond disappointing
Liked: The location and that was honestly it.
Disliked: The room was dirty and rundown. For the amount of money I paid, I at least expected a clean shower. The bathroom was disgusting and the shower floor had several chips and scratches that made it impossible to shower without flip flops. Two of the towels had stains on them and smelled weird. The bed was so uncomfortable and stiff. The surfaces of the night stands had crumbs on them and were sticky. Three of the outlets didn’t work, which made it so frustrating to try and charge our phones. The water pressure was terrible and took forever to get warm. This was not worth the money at all and I’m beyond disappointed and frustrated. I stood at the front desk for almost 45minutes waiting to talk to someone and no one came out. On top of everything, the “breakfast” was watered down eggs, uncooked sausage, and cereal. This hotel is not worth the money or the time. I can’t believe I spent the amount that I did to experience such a lack of attention to everything. If you charge $170 for one night, at least clean the shower and toilet?

Bad
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: It's been over 2 weeks and I have not received my $60 deposit, I came to your hotel after a week query about it and your receptionist said it was deposited back to my account, this was a false claim, nothing was deposited back to my account from your hotel.

Needed a bed and some...
Liked: The staff was fine. I could bring my dog for a whopping extra $25 per night at a maximum of $100. "Charges may apply " it said, they say. So vague. Just be up front. I blame both @booking.com and the comfort inn for their disguised price gauging. Oh will the BBB hear about this one!
Disliked: I booked the comfort Inn after having a bad experience with an Airbnb booking that I am still contesting. I already lost money on that booking and was looking for something affordable after I was made to leave the temporary stay at a family member's home. I was quoted $509.07 plus tax - I was not expecting to pay an extra $59.28 tax +$15.29 in VAT tax.On top of that I show up at the hotel and I got surprised with an extra $60 for damages (not a hold - they charge you) and then $25 a night ( stayed 5) for your dog. That part was not relayed properly. They argued that they listed the fees. They did not. I saw pets allowed. The part next to it that said "Charges may apply" makes it sound impartial. No wonder I was surprised at the $25/night for my dog! When I questioned them farther they pointed to that and when I asked booking they stated that it was in the fine print. The fine print!! Who reads that?! Just state out clearly how much you plan to charge for the dog! No surprises! All in I got charged $754.27!! That is an egregious amount to pay for 5 nights at the Comfort Inn where one side of the bathroom felt and looked like a prison cell. There was pubic hair left all over the shampoo and conditioner dispensers. Those black flies kept flying into the room through the sink and bathtub holes.Oh, and lets not forget about the wandering women I passed in hallway on my way back from the ice machine that asked me if there was someone in my room at the moment because she needed to take a shower. On check out day I lagged behind a bit and missed my 11AM check out time because I was packing up what was half of my apartment onto the loading cart to exit out while also trying to pack myself for my trip. There was no grace. I got charged an extra $10 for going over till noon. The staff was kind and one of the hotel housing attendants helped me wheel out the cart with crap. NOT a good day for me. I'm sure they've seen it more than once.

Nice for an inexpensive stay...
