Disappointing

Liked: It was convenient to I-85.
Disliked: The room was in need of a deep cleaning. There was dust on the coffee table and stains on the dust ruffle of the bed. The in-room coffee pot did not work.

Disliked: We were put in a room that had urine on toilet. No towels. Sink with old dirty water And the pipe unhooked from it. Blood on wall. I could go on and on. Med had crumbs on it and on it. Looked like someone slept in it. Refrigerator was molded.

Liked: Bed was comfortable. Room temperature was good
Disliked: Had 2 TVs but only one worked. Also, when cleaning the bathroom, the old toilet paper should have been replaced with a fresh roll.

Liked: Bed and pillows were comfortable. Very good hot water Lots of towels and washcloths
Disliked: The elevator was not working, so we had to take a room on the 1st floor. Our window had a very large crack in it.

Liked: Asked for in advance, and got, the closest room to the elevator. The afternoon and morning clerks were friendly and efficient.
Disliked: There was no clock in the room, so we had to check our phones for the time. The curtain had to be carefully adjusted since a tear on one edge made a disturbing outside light shine through. We did not bring either problem to the front desk. Toilet seats are just a bit too high for short people.
