Liked: Location, and beds are comfortable.
Disliked: Hot water was luke warm not hot for a bitter cold time. Breakfast was cool, again not hot as described. AC/Heater didn't keep temperature correct.At night it got hot even set at 67°, so not a restful sleep for people dealing with a loss of a loved one.Also lighting in bathroom at mirror was NOT bright enough to get ready.

Liked: The location was good. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby.
Disliked: My BIG problem staying here was that they made me put down a $50 security deposit. I never had to do that before. It's just me and my wife, no pets, and we don't smoke. After I worked on the extra expense transaction, the guy at the front desk said I would get a refund in 3 to 5 working days. I asked for a receipt to prove I paid the security deposit, and he said there is none available. I was frustrated. It's now been 9 working days and I still didn't receive my $50 refund. Now I'm pretty mad about that. I should not have to chase down my money like this !! I need this resolved asap. Who is working on this? Please respond to this complaint soon.

Liked: Location to highway, warm breakfast.
Disliked: The small pillows on bed, I hate them, barely fit your head. The lady at the front desk was definitely void of personality.
