Liked: It's close to my family. I love the breakfast with a variety of foods and the waffle maker provides yummy treats!
Disliked: I asked for ADA compliant room. I was not allowed to specify a wheelchair accessible room for the way access shower. I got a room with a bar in the shower, but had a tub to contend with. However, the staff remembered me from a previous visit, and promised to save me a room when my name comes up.

Staff rude and hotel was...

Liked: The lobby fireplace and location
Disliked: The bathroom tiles were cracked in front of tub, it was very dirty, the toilet overflowed. Hot tub didn't ever make bubbles. Staff were rude.

Mostly very good!

Liked: Location, quality of service. Breakfast was great.. I'm sure you know you need TWO waffle makers!! So good. After being gone all day, I was asked about how my day went, did I shop or sightsee? I appreciate that personal touch.
Disliked: The shower curtain was clingy. The shower was lovely because I found a good temp and it stayed at that setting, unlike the sink. I wish there was a printout of the tv guide.
