Staff rude and hotel was...

Liked: The lobby fireplace and location
Disliked: The bathroom tiles were cracked in front of tub, it was very dirty, the toilet overflowed. Hot tub didn't ever make bubbles. Staff were rude.

Mostly very good!

Liked: Location, quality of service. Breakfast was great.. I'm sure you know you need TWO waffle makers!! So good. After being gone all day, I was asked about how my day went, did I shop or sightsee? I appreciate that personal touch.
Disliked: The shower curtain was clingy. The shower was lovely because I found a good temp and it stayed at that setting, unlike the sink. I wish there was a printout of the tv guide.

I would stay there again...

Liked: Location was great and the whole facility was nice and clean
Disliked: The amount of people flooding the breakfast bar leaving absolutely nothing there was ridiculous. I understand that it’s not the hotels responsibility to feed a buffet style breakfast but both days that my family of four went downstairs we were left with basically nothing to eat. All juice machines except for the cranberry one was broken and only one waffle maker was available both days we stayed over night. Not to mention the lady working the breakfast area had an attitude both days. Every time someone asked her to refill something she had an attitude the entire time. The pool towels were tiny and one of the days we swam there was no towels available
