Hotel mislead and not taken...

Disliked: everything / i say that because when the front desk lies to you about how to handle a double booking your left to only dislike everything about this hotel. when i arrived i had mistakingly booked two rooms under one reservation. i was told i had to cancel the entire reservation and book a third room under a different reservation and the reservation with the double booking would be canceled and refunded in full. Now the Hotel is refusing to refund the double reservation. One traveler paid for 3 rooms clearly only needed 1 and hotel was totally insensitive and greedy not to mention misleading.
