Exceptional

It was fine for a...

Definitely needs improvements

Liked: Location is great, staffs are nice.
Disliked: The bathroom shower was poorly designed, leaving water all over the floor after each use. Also, the coffee machine and TV didn’t work, the breakfast coffee was so weak it tasted like water, and the heater was so loud at night that it woke me up every hour.

Liked: The front desk manager was a bit rough looking. Not professional. The room was adequate and clean. Everything else about my stay here was ok, except for the breakfast. Whomever it was who was in charge of food that day never showed up for the hour I took to drink my coffee and eat a yogurt. I know bacon and eggs had been cooked, but unfortunately, I and a bunch of other patrons had to go without that morning.
Disliked: The night desk clerk and breakfast.

Liked: Clean and comfortable - breakfast was good. Staff went above and beyond - friendly and attentive. I left my AirPods in the room and they mailed them to me.
