We really enjoyed our downtime...

Liked: It was very clean. Breakfast was available for 4 hours!!

The room was spacious and...

Liked: Did not have breakfast.
Disliked: An ice storm with snow had just come through and the parking lot could have been cleared better.

Liked: Location, friendliness of staff
Disliked: No bedside table for each person. Horrible ironing board (cover not secured making it next to impossible to iron).

Very friendly and will stay...

Liked: The staff is outstanding!! Warm friendly greetings.
Disliked: Our room was very cold upon arrival. The bathroom was like an icebox. It took a few hours to warm up. We had to leave the bathroom door open for it to get warm.
