Decent for the price but...

Liked: Property was in a great location & the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: We checked in late, around midnight. The night shift front desk employee told us it would be a $100 deposit (we booked online and paid ahead of time). I’ve stayed at more hotels than I can count but none of them have ever charged a $100 deposit for online paying guests, only for cash paying guests. We were told we had to pay the $100 deposit, anyways but we don’t carry cash and she said we could pay it with a card and I repeatedly asked her, at least 5 times, if the money would go DIRECTLY back on the card at check out time because we had to have it for gas to make it to Florida, as it was the only money we had until we got to our destination in Florida. She told us yes, it would go directly back on the card as soon as we check out, so we paid the $100 deposit with our card. Well, when we went to checkout, there was a different person at the desk and she was very nice, she apologized for the fact that the night time employee didn’t tell us that it would take 7-10 business days for that $100 to go back onto our card so we were out $100 and had no gas money to make it to our destination. As I stated, bed was very comfortable but the curtains and blanket were both stained up, furniture was scratched up and bathroom door handle was broken.

Liked: The parking lot was clean, well lit and ample for all the cars.
Disliked: Our bathroom, room 309 was not very clean. The floors grout was filthy, just disgusting! The shower rod was falling off the wall. It is just an accident waiting to happen. The fabric furniture in the room was filthy and stained. I couldn’t sit anywhere other than the bed or the one desk chair.
