Liked: Location was easy place was clean.
Disliked: I had a tiny issue checking in because I had changed my booking to arrive a day earlier. I did this two weeks in advance but when I showed up the desk clerk couldn’t find the adjustment on her computer even with my confirmation number. She was at first dismissive about it and told me I would have to call someone to check it. I showed her a different email with the confirmed dates and confirmation number and then she made the calls herself. I spent about 20 minutes in the lobby waiting for her to check the booking with upper management before they gave me my room. It all worked out but had I not had my emails I would have been screwed.

Disliked: Was charged for booking mistake and the facility wasn't packed so it was no income loss to them was told my bill was149 ended being 217. I wasn't even told it was deleted from my account. Tried to contact hotel via email with no help
