Liked: Close to expo center
Disliked: Was charged for booking mistake and the facility wasn't packed so it was no income loss to them was told my bill was149 ended being 217. I wasn't even told it was deleted from my account. Tried to contact hotel via email with no help

Liked: It was just okay. It was clean and the staff were friendly
Disliked: Understand they charged an arm and a leg due to the festival being in town, but it was still wayyyyy to expensive considering this is no where near an upper echelon property

Disliked: less single use plastic. Creamer in a pitcher vs plastic packets. Coffee cups not wrapped in plastic bags. Moe reuseable products (requires washing)
