Disliked: The Sunday breakfast without any meat was very substandard. Towels were not replaced daily. Room was very small. Not enough desk staff. The quality for the price was not acceptable.

Comfortable, clean, poor communication

Disliked: Bummed that the front desk didn't warn me that even though I denied housekeeping, that after my 3rd night housekeeping insists to continue to knock on my door at 9am even when I had the “do not disturb” sign on the door. They even walked in. Then front desk came up and pounded on my door saying that it's a requirement they do at least light housekeeping to keep up with the trash. Mind you, this was the very first time I've had a vacation, working on-call in the death care industry and I was so excited to finally get to sleep in. But the pounding on the door had to be answered and front desk and housekeeping compromised with me when I told them we planned on going to a movie at 1:30 so could they come back at that time. And they agreed. The upsetting part is that after all of that harassment over the need to clean when we returned from the movie, NOTHING was done. I called upfront and she told me they probably won't have time. SO, even though I'm grateful for my opportunity to stay in clean accommodations with my children I wish the communication with your staff wasn't great. Visiting family from Maui, I don't expect much just wish pounding on the door on my much-needed first opportunity to sleep didn't happen.Mahalo.
