Liked: Breakfast was fantastic. Also really love that they put out chili for dinner. The staff is always super friendly and the beds are very comfortable. The walk to the beach is very short. For a nearly beach-front room in a hotel with free breakfast and a delightful hot tub, this is a great value.
Disliked: Pool heater was broken, which was a bummer. (Although it made for some good cold plunging

Disliked: The room was VERY dirty. Old food on the couch, dried urine on the toilet and floor. Prior occupants garbage in nightstand drawer, dog hair all over chair, room smelled horribly like wet dog, sheets were stained and looked like someone already slept in them. We had 2 towels(1 towel each) and at a picnic bench by the vehicles, where the door is to bring your bags in, there was a loud group of people drinking and smoking pot. We stay approximately 3 hrs, in which I spent cleaning the room with clorox wipes. We ended up booking a room at a different hotel, packed up and left. I'm still waiting for a response for a refund. I wrote the hotel and booking.com. I have cancer, and this was our once a year get away to relax and unwind from all the things life throws. Comfort Inn and Suites was the BIGGEST disappointment. Here's the topper.. The hotel we went to said they had 3 other families come to their establishment with the same complaints as mine about that Comfort Inn, so I know I wasn't being to harsh or picky in my leaving. I would Never recommend this hotel to anyone, and will Never go there again. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. The front desk offered a different room when I was checking out, but we declined. WHY would I want a different dirty room? I didn't even unpack my bags because I didn't want my clothes touching anything in the room. I did housekeeping for many years, so I KNOW standards and what a room is supposed to look like. It literally looked like they pulled the sheets and blankets up and tucked them in, threw some soap in the bathroom and called it good. The coffee maker was just as disgusting. Sad place
