Liked: The location and that there was a pool. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious as well.
Disliked: The guest laundry was not working. There were a couple of stains on the white comforter from previous guests.

Liked: It was great overall. It was a bit annoying though,that the fire alarm went off at 11:30pm on my first night. I don't know if that was the staff or a guest.

Liked: The staff members are exceptionally helpful! The rooms & common areas were clean and fresh. Free Hot Chilli with fixings in the evening, Delicious breakfast to start your day. The price was reasonable & super close to the beach.
Disliked: Nothing!

Wish Hilton owned property near...

Liked: Ok, let's start this off, expectations were not high, we work for and stay with Hilton properties mainly, however the only Hilton on the oregon coast is located in Astoria. We gave this property a shot. First impression is that the property seems dated and could use a remodel. 2nd, upon check in, the front desk agent did not seem to enjoy her job or greet us in a friendly manner. A little conversation interaction during check-in would have been nice, like maybe tell us about the property and location of amenities offered, but no, just gave us a paper and said " sign here here and here". We did have a brief interaction with a housekeeper and she was very nice, I wish we had gotten her name. In the evening we went to the pool, it is very cloudy and you can not see to the bottom, same goes for the hot tub. My kids had a blast tho. Breakfast wasn't awful, cheap options but that was expected. Breakfast attendant was nice.

Liked: The staff were friendly and accommodating. We got there a couple hours before check-in time, and we were able to check in early. The pool and hot tub were in working order.The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, hot/fresh, and there were several options to choose from. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.
Disliked: I didn’t like that I had to leave.
