Staff nice, clean room, coffee...

Liked: The coffee. It was actually decent hotel coffee. The stronger the better. And if you get a good quality coffee trust me that makes a big difference and would attract more people. Guaranteed
Disliked: That I didn't get the jacuzzi tub as I requested

Exceptional

Mostly good; a few missteps

Liked: The staff was professional, friendly, and skilled. The room was large and well appointed. Breakfast was standard, but a decent variety. The location was close to many conveniences.
Disliked: The elevator broke, and we were stuck on the third floor with all of our luggage. We had two members of our party with mobility issues. It was a difficult trek down the stairs. The staff did carry out things, which made a HUGE difference. Also, the toiletries were bad quality and undersized. The shower lacked water pressure.

Liked: Breakfast was a great variety. The lady who ran the morning breakfast shift greeted everyone and was a breath of sunshine. Front desk was very helpful and engaging.

Liked: The room was nice and clean. It had a tub so i could take a bath.
Disliked: The waffle/pancake machine .... my pancakes did not cook in the middle. So. Breakfast was not great. Otherwise, all good.

Liked: Customer service both night and morning was exceptional. I slept peacefully and felt safe during my safe. Both the room and bathroom was clean during my stay.
