Overall stay was good, but was woken up by housekeeping around 8am, to be asked if we were checking out that day. A hotel should have a list of who is checking out, and what rooms need to be cleaned for that day. Please do not wake up someone.

Liked: The room was very clean; beds very comfortable.
Disliked: Construction going on in the parking lot; woken up by housekeeping.

Liked: Good stay - clean, and comfortable. They had a decent breakfast menu in place.
Disliked: I think the breakfast server was new. She ran out of and we waited for coffee, then eggs, & then when the eggs came the sausage was out, etc. Eggs were frozen in the middle yet when they did come out and we were able to microwave them. Other than that - I would stay there again when passing through and hope for improved hot breakfast.

Liked: Clean room, nice bathroom, good tv size and channel selections. Very comfortable beds!
Disliked: Breakfast was just adequate. Coffee not hot and taste wasn't great.

Two weeks on relishing the...

Liked: The facility was approximately half way between the Arts District of downtown Las Cruces and that of the historic community of Mesilla.
Disliked: We happened to time our arrival in southern New Mexico with two days of furious light snows and some exceedingly chilly temperatures. This was completely unanticipated/unexpected by us.

Passable

Liked: The location and the staff
Disliked: The stains on the blankets, the loud air conditioner and the pool was not heated and all the windows in the pool area were open so it made it even more cold.

Would never stay again and...

Liked: Terrible, not edible. If you want heart disease eat up!!
Disliked: Warm water for coffee!! Cheated me on the dog deposit. Advertised for 10. but charged me 35.

Liked: Breakfast was well-appointed, front desk staff was professional & polite. Property was well-maintained.
Disliked: Signage out front showing entrance of hotel. Since it’s so close to the adjoining street, it seems there should be a side entrance.
