Didn’t stay!!

Liked: Women at desk wasRude to everybody in line.Never got room!!!!! Insisted no reservation even though I showed her on site!!!, had to sit in parking lot to find another hotel! Will put this hotel at bottom of call list!!!!
Disliked: Women at desk!!!!

Great stay

Liked: Location was great, staff was great, they are very stingy on towels.
Disliked: We had 3 adults and 2 kids and it was like pulling teeth to get more towels. With showers and the pool we needed way more than 3 towels at a time.

Liked: Housekeeping and breakfast staff were exceptional.Did witness a mgr."dress down" an employee in front of breakfast guests....not acceptable;!
Disliked: manager dress down employees.. In front of guests. No live tv in breakfast area
