Exceptional

Satisfactory for a few days...

Liked: The location was great because of many food options near by and it was close to I 85. the room was decent, sheets were clean and without stains and bathroom was clean.
Disliked: The bathroom tube constantly was running warm water, like a moderate leak. I didn't report it because it really didn't bother me, we just closed the bathroom door. There were some stains in the carpet and the window curtins, for the price I wasn't expecting it to be perfect. I would have rated higher but the last day we had left some food out from breakfast and I came back to the room and saw what looked like a roach on a breakfast biscuit that was left out. That was shocking to see.

The rooms were nice and...

Liked: The rooms were nice. The lady that checked us in was nice and the man that checked us out was nice.
Disliked: The parking was not convenient. The breakfast was not good. And we were walking out and a cleaning lady asked us rudely were we checking out and it was just our first day.

Disliked: When I called the front desk, no one answered nor bothered to return my phone call

Liked: Room was clean and comfortableStaff were friendly and got us checked in and out quickly
Disliked: Outlets in room were loose and wouldn't charge our devices

Disliked: need renovations, not worth 125 a night, had old iPhone charger, no USB plugs, and furniture had rust
