Room was never made up...

Disliked: The tv didn’t work. It would lose internet connection. I called front desk and they said there was nothing they could do because it must be the satellite.

Liked: Booking.com did not update the changes that I made to my initial reservation. However, the Front Desk Clerk, Kristin, was able to make the change in the hotel's computer system, and we were able to check in, after a minimal delay.
Disliked: Can't blame anyone, other than myself, as I knew that the facility was close to the Freeway. But, wow, the highway noise was very loud all night. Fortunately, for me, I brought along a pair of ear plugs.

I would try somewhere else...

Liked: Breakfast was as expected. Waffle maker, coffee, some fruits, yogurt, milk, cereals, biscuits, sausage, eggs, juice, etc.
Disliked: The construction in the neighborhood made accessing the location via Google Maps somewhat confusing, but it was fine after we figured it out. The ceiling in our room was pretty dingy and needed some work. We stayed at three hotels on this trip, two of which were Comfort Suites. This Comfort Suites was the worst of the three hotels. The Comfort Suites in Mt. Vernon was the nicest.
