I was pleased with the accommodations I received. I found the bed to be a little on the hard side but the room and bed were clean and the overnight stay was pleasant.

Liked: The hotel was extremely clean. The location is good. Lots of food options and shopping if that's what you're into.
Disliked: The staff wasn't that polite, almost like I was bothering them to ask a question l.There was some type of children's event going on in town, and the hotel was full of angry moms and very disrespectful children. BUT I understand this is not the hotels fault. But the extra noise made sleeping a little unpleasant.

Bad

Liked: The only thing that was good was the service we received from Fairy in the breakfast room. Unfortunately she was treated unfairly by a guest and her husband and boys came to her rescue. What type of an establishment allows this???
Disliked: We were moved a total of three times from room to room. We started in room #103 - the heat didn't work. We had to pack everything up and were moved to room #129 - this room had a nasty dirty smell and was never cleaned. Finally we ended up in room #219 - the only sink in the room was clogged! I called front desk and Tim told me that maintenance was not in and he would see what he can do. He was rather arrogant, I told him that I refuse to move rooms again now for the 4th time. As he checked his computer system he agreed that we had been moved from room to room. He would call me later, then a knock on the door and he brought liquid drano and poured it down the sink. He said he would come back to check on it later. This is all happening while we are getting ready to go out for our Thanksgiving dinner. Tim comes back with another liquid because the drano was unsuccessful. It finally goes down and he leaves the water running and tells us to let run for a little bit. Not once was he apologetic about the situation. He said if we were wern't happy we can check out and he would refund us. Mind you this was Thanksgiving day, all hotel rooms were booked and there would be no where for us to stay. The arrogance of this individual was disgusting! When we needed extra towels and toilet paper we had to go to the front desk to get them! At this point we were disgusted with our stay. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was not in and would return on Saturday in the afternoon. How convenient! Tim only offered a $25.00 discount for our inconvenience. I called booking.com and placed a complaint regarding our stay. This is still being processed thru booking.com. Right before we checked out there was a couple going off on Tim for the lack of service they received as well. It was so loud that the entire breakfast room heard everything. Apparently they had a bad experience as well.

Disliked: All the staff were very rude like you shouldn't talk to them ..One housekeeper was nice..They put a 9-year-old's birthday party right above our room that party should have been put on the first floor so our second night there was not such a good stay for getting rest... Ask for a wake up call that I never got in the lady was rude because she had people sitting in the lobby drinking and talking and I couldn't hear her so when I went up to confirm that she heard me for the wake up call she was rude about it and then I still didn't get it
