Overall, good stay. We only stayed 2 nights, so our only issue was a slight inconvenience. The sheets were clean, the AC was cold and the black out curtains did their thing.

Liked: Super close and convenient to the venue.
Disliked: Only down side was we made absolutely certain to remove our do not disturb sign. When we got back to the hotel from the concert, we found that instead of cleaning our room, they just put the do no disturb sign back on the hall side of the door and left it.

Uncomfortable, unkept, unsafe.

Disliked: Blood stains on the comforter. Staff replaced it with a thinner smaller comforter. Constant on/off noises like water pipes every 10-20 seconds. Room smelled bad. People hanging out in parking lot all through the night, did not appear to be guests. Intercom maybe from business next door blaring message during the night to clear parking lots. Just a dingy place.

Disliked: The room has an area that was soaking wet the entire time. I’m not sure if it’s a plumbing issue or what but the carpet in that middle area near the ironing area was soaking wet. It never dried.
