It was relaxing and comfortable...

Liked: The night time clerk provided excellent customer service. She was very kind, friendly, and seemed happy to help. The breakfast was so good! Plenty of options and staff on hand helpful. Very pleased.

This day at Comfort Inn...

Liked: I was greeted well Once I arrived at the property. I had very nice and warming greetings as I moved through the property, the breakfast excellent.
Disliked: The breakfast was excellent, just that breakfast starts at 6:30a.m. I got got down stairs for breakfast at 7a.m. and the lady was just all , just putting breakfast out. The second morning there was nothing out she's just taking her time again putting everything out and again in the way.

Disliked: The ceiling was falling in, the door barely shut, the card readers were not working at 10pm at night. It was bare minimum. Just didn’t give a warm cozy feel at all

Liked: I have stayed here in the past. I noticed the outside garbage was picked up and it was cleaner.The breakfast was good.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything.

Disappointing

Liked: room carpets were very dirty, and room smelled musty. leave the air on and try shampooing the carpets! morning breakfast was very basic, good sausage eggs were runny. Never have a room by an elevator very noisy.
Disliked: Dirty

Disliked: I didn’t get to stay here because of their changed policy and I still have not gotten my refund.

Will not be staying here...

Disliked: The long line after a day of traveling, people want to get to there room and relax not wait in a line forever,
