Disliked: We were very disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival, we used the elevator to get to the third floor. While on the elevator, the lights turned off for 5 seconds and then the door would only open 3 inches. We have to pry the door open forcefully to get out of the elevator. We used the stairs for the rest of our stay.We did not have hot water. One person took a 5 minute shower and then there was no hot water.The hot tub in the pool area was out of service.

Adequate for the needs of...

Liked: Location, responsive staff, full breakfast. Cold air conditioning.
Disliked: Strong odor of air freshener, but got used to it. Noisy bath fan motor noise coming from room nearby. Noisy bath fan in our room, but repaired after they were told. Hard to figure out TV operation.
