Disliked: Very basic room, very small bathroom. Had to go into shower in order to close bathroom door. Bed very small. Could smell cigarette smoke, either from last person or next room.

Disliked: Dirty room. Both AC’s didn’t work properly. Hair and bugs found on sheets of one of the beds. Cigarette burns to bed rugs. Cigarette butts on balcony.Bathroom needs an exhaust fan.

Liked: I liked that the hotel was near 24 convenient shops if I needed anything late at night. The CBD is just a short walk away, the Royal Perth Hospital is near by as well so good for appointments or visiting loved ones. Staff where so welcoming and helpful. The hotel has access to a park so if you needed to take the kids out for a stretch or away from four walls it's just there. Free parking outside hotel if no room in undercover parking area.
Disliked: Hallway leading towards room was filled with cigarette smell and it was smokie in the air. Luckily staff quickly reacted and placed an air cleanser to clear it up.
