Uncomfortable.

Liked: There was not much to like..
Disliked: No luggage rack or similar so I slept with it on the bed. No chair,and as I am 80 I need to sit to put on my shoes etc.Shower cubicle not properly clean.

The location was good, but...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Very small bathroom with no exhaust fan. Kitchen is also tiny with no fan. The room has a sign advising that the smoke alarm is very sensitive to steam so the bathroom door must be kept shut or else there a big fine if the alarm goes off. Bedding had holes in it.

Liked: Good location, staff were so lovely and accommodating.
Disliked: My room smelled like cigarette smoke, and as a non smoker I found this quite gross, I’ve come home and all of my clothes smell like the room.

Very good

Liked: close walk to malls and to Elizabeth key. our room had a side room with two single beds and big wardrobe, could close the door for privacy or to block out the snoring! had a balcony each with was nice to get fresh air in.
Disliked: the step into the bathroom, got me a few times. beds was ok, you would never get 100 percent happiness out of anyone on beds as everyone has different preferences.

Liked: Location
Disliked: I couldn't connect to my company VPN through hotel wifi. I called corporate IT got a ticket number and was asked to talk to the manager to get the permission to connect to my company VPN. She was very unhelpful.
