Liked: The staff was exceptional, very nice, welcoming, personable! Breakfast was fantastic, lots of options and delicious! The shower had great water pressure!
Disliked: Found two spiders in the room and a roach in the tub. The water in the sink barely tickled out making brushing teeth very hard

Overall a great stay!

Liked: Well located, easy to get to. Very nice staff. Comfortable room.
Disliked: Parking was limited. There were a lot of trucks and trailers taking up parking spaces.

Liked: not 5star but sufficient for rest after hunting.
Disliked: the desk staff was very unpleasant and rude - we had arranged early check in for 1pm after emailing the hotel ahead of time and the clerk was adamant that check in was 3 and her attitude was sour. no customer service whatsoever - luckily they were able to clean it and i got into room about 230 instead of 3. I sat in the lobby to wait as i had no where else to go and i guess me just sitting there spurred them to get it clean early so i would get out of the lobby.also the POOL WAS GREEN- was looking forward to sitting in the pool after long day of hunting and couldnt use the pool at all. very disappointing to say the least- i chose your place because the pool pics on the website. It is August - in Texas - pool should be swim ready. that was very unexpected.
