Stayed only one night while...

Liked: Close to highway. Restaurant nearby
Disliked: Room had trash in waste basket. Toilet seat was up like someone had used it. Breakfast was busy. Not much food left.

Liked: The staff at the front desk were very nice and professional.
Disliked: We had to switch rooms because the first one was not clean. And the archive one we do had to clean the toilet again. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The breakfast was cold and the cleaning crew was in their eating and being loud.

The room was nice, sheets...

Disliked: The front desk employee was not at her desk when we arrived around 9:30 -10 pm. There was another customer waiting for 10 minutes before we arrived, she requested a refund and left. From what it looks like she was asleep in the back office. We rang the bell several times and knocked on the door, checked the bathroom, no one around. The other customer kept calling the desk but no one came out to answer. Finally she came out of the office looking like we woke her up. No apologies or excuses, she just went about like nothing happened. She checked us in and that was that.
