Overall, our stay was good...

Liked: The property was decent. When we arrived, the young lady attending us at checkin was amazing. She was very helpful about everything we asked. She was very accommodating. The room was decent, but we did notice a big stain on the mattress of the pullout couch, so we immediately covered it with sheets and blankets. The next morning we went downstairs for breakfast but the hot food kept running out and it was frustrating because there wasn’t even alot of people there, but the old man putting the food could not keep up with the guests. I eventually just gave up in trying to eat there, so I waited to go eat somewhere else. The next day, we didn’t t even attempt to eat breakfast in the hotel.

I will stay there again

This was a great place...

Liked: We traveled in for the Fort Worth Stock Show. The location was great! Joe did a great job with breakfast! I was there over a week, and he took good care of me. During my stay we lost a cell phone and the staff helped us look for it. We did find it.
Disliked: The only problems we had were a drawer in the chest of our room would not stay closed, and a light in the parking lot strobbed all night.

Would not stay here again.

Disliked: When we arrived, there were several homeless people all around the hotel. The gate that was around the hotel was not completely around the hotel, therefore, the homeless could come on the property. We were met getting out of our car, after we returned from dinner, by a homeless person asking for money. Our room was on the 2nd floor next to the elevator which we could hear the elevator going up and down all night long. The a/c would not let you put the fan on "on" or could you lower the thermostat lower than 71; therefore the room was very quiet and you could hear everything around us, sirens, people talking, people outside getting into their vehicles in the morning, elevator going up and down all night long, etc. I would not recommend this hotel for the above reasons. My daughter's room was dirty and not very clean. I believe the owners need to get more security around the hotel to help make their guests feel safer Needless to say we did not get a good night's rest.
