Liked: Location is good. The price is affordable for a hotel room close from the beach.
Disliked: No hot water in the shower. Toilet leaks. Stain on bed sheets.

Liked: Nothing went well. I wound up staying at another Hotel. You recommended a hotel that is not pet friendly.
Disliked: I used booking dot com to choose a hotel that is Pet Friendly.. Comfort Inn and Suites is NOT Pet Friendly,,,,I had to stay at another hotel last minute as we were escaping Hurricane Milton.I am very disappointed with Booking - You recommended Comfort..based upon being PET Friendly...I was informed upon trying to check in - they are NOT Pet Friendly and was not welcome.

Liked: I liked that there was breakfast offered
Disliked: The rooms were not very clean- seemed like water damage under the floor and baseboards, fridge barely kept cool, outdated microwave, rust at edges of the bed frames, stains on door, walls, couch and bed sheets. I didn’t have much faith it was cleaned well. We only went there because it was the only hotel we could get last minute while running from hurricane helene. When i arrived the staff were being slow to check you in and huddled talking about a room number which made me question what was wrong and why they weren’t being more professional about speaking to each other away from the front desk. Large trucks were parked outside taking up a lot of parking so when we asked about what if we leave for dinner and don’t have parking to come back to, they just responded saying they tell people they don’t have truck parking but this is all the parking they have- they didn’t have any answers for us. At breakfast the pancake mix was fine for one waffle the next looked questionable/watery or bad. This wasn’t my top pick place, But it did the job.

Disliked: The fact that roaches were present,at least dead, but no one picked up just chilled in the middle of the floor. Windows on 3rd floor were dirty with green mold definetly need a powerwash as the view was not pleasant. On pictures you had a jacuzzi that I was really looking forward to using that was out of order man thar was the selling ppint of me booking it. The 15 minutes I stood in lobby to check in while the nicest sweetest deaf man tried to get me help bless his soul. The lack of a front clerk period seemed like you always had to find them, the sprinker in the landscaping spraying my car, the orange juice tasting like water down orange juice for breakfast. Lastly makes sense why only 5 cars were in parking lot. Tell tell sign should have known. Needless to say want to raise awareness...I paid 250 for two nights but the hotel felt more like a 75 dollar night hotel not 125 like a sleep inn or family stay not the best expetiemce. Location was good at least
