It was okay.

Liked: The bed is very comfortable.
Disliked: The staff. The only one that was friendly to us was the manager.

Liked: Bed was comfortable
Disliked: Had to pay $100 deposit that they said will be refunded in 3-4 weeks! I’ve NEVER had to do that before.There was lack of hot water.Cockroach in the room

They have much room for...

Liked: Location is good. The price is affordable for a hotel room close from the beach.
Disliked: No hot water in the shower. Toilet leaks. Stain on bed sheets.

My stay at another hotel-...

Liked: Nothing went well. I wound up staying at another Hotel. You recommended a hotel that is not pet friendly.
Disliked: I used booking dot com to choose a hotel that is Pet Friendly.. Comfort Inn and Suites is NOT Pet Friendly,,,,I had to stay at another hotel last minute as we were escaping Hurricane Milton.I am very disappointed with Booking - You recommended Comfort..based upon being PET Friendly...I was informed upon trying to check in - they are NOT Pet Friendly and was not welcome.
