Disliked: Our heat did not work and the desk clerk acted like we were stupid and couldn’t regulate the controls- my family in another room had same issue! We tried several times! Very uncomfortable

Liked: This property was horrible they didn’t want to rent to me because they had bed bugs and i was just informing them and asking them to find a solution they gave us a free night and moved us after I called customer care then we got bit again so I informed them and just asked for extra points in turn they cancelled my reservation before check out and said they couldn’t find my reservation the whole time they weren’t renting to me instead for no reason I paid my full price and they didn’t even give me extra points me and my kids had to be homeless and I paid!
Disliked: Everyone’s behavior and us getting mistreated
