Disliked: The stay was fine up until our last day.They had a broken clothes iron. Of course I forgot my travel steamer... had to use their iron. I'm already iffy about using hotel irons since who knows when it's ever cleaned. It leaked water all over my husband's pants. My husband was going to complain, I told him it's fine. We ran to Walmart nearby and bought another steamer instead.Be prepared to be rushed out at 10:45am by a phone call from front desk. And if you don't answer the phone, they will come "looking" for you. Matter of fact, I waited at the front desk to check out for almost 10 mins because they left to go looking for me to remind me to check out. The receptionist came back at 10:55am (while I was waiting) and said she went looking for me. I didnt answer her call because I was packing up and was not expecting anyone to call us. I asked why look for me, if check out isn't until 11am..? (It was only 10:55 and i had already been waiting for her for about 10mins) She just gave me a blank stare. She only returned to the front desk because someone called her who was probably the manager or owner there. I'm an adult, I don't need a phone call to remind me to check out 30 mins prior to actual check out time. I'd understand if it was past the check out time and I haven't showed up. But yet they had me waiting to actually check out.Also, there was a live roach in the hair dryer! It blew onto my wet hair/head as I turned on the dryer. I didn't use the hair dryer all weekend until the day I was checking out. Since I was in a hurry to go downstairs to check out, I figure I'll let front desk know in a few minutes. Told the same receptionist, that there was a live roach in our room, only response I received was "oh, I'll let house keeping know". No apology or anything. I also reminded her to have someone check the coffee maker.

It was a good stay...

Liked: Off to the sides of the property it was messy but the room and inside the property it was clean the morning we checked out we saw someone cleaning the parking lot
Disliked: The elevator

Disliked: Rooms were far apart, breakfast was not pleasant, rooms were not cleaned every day, coffee not replenished in room. Decided to leave early

Liked: The location was very convenient to everything esp food!!Does have free breakfast so it’s a plus..
Disliked: Hotel staff don’t care about your needs. I specifically Asked for extra towels and was told to bring down old ones to exchange for new ones! Obviously I needed bath towels but they gave me pool towels instead and asked if I could put my old towels in a trash bag?? I mean, I pay for a cleaning fee for a reason?! Smh
