Definitely would visit this hotel again. Great location and close to Ruoff Home Mortgage Event Center.

Liked: Very clean; pleasant and friendly staff; quiet.
Disliked: Older hotel with upgrades that were noticeable.

Conveniently located; great restaurant/bar next door; friendly and helpful staff; the rooms were very nice.

Liked: Friendly fast check-in. Room was great.
Disliked: No exhaust fan in bathroom.

Staff did great job interacting with all the Foo Fighter loyals. They went out of their way to accommodate us. One particular gentleman saw that we had danced our bodies into muscle spasms and let us use the hot tub, although it closed 2 hours prior. That gifted hot tub soak put an already awsome experience on the edge of Epic Trip. Thanks for taking care of us and not pre-judging us ass punk kids! You were great!

Liked: Room was nicer than expected! Love the reading lights and built in chargers. Bathroom was excellent. The elevator didn't seem clean, though...but everything else was good
Disliked: Elevator needed cleaning and only one big pillow for two of us (three smaller pillows were on the bed). There may have been another somewhere or we could have called for one but it was late and we'd driven over 14 hours already.

I’ve stayed here two different...

Liked: Sink wouldn’t drain, tons of kids, running around and screaming the entire time. Food garbage left throughout the hallways.

Disliked: I stay here plenty times,but yesterday it was kids running up & down the hallway all night knocking on doors.I couldn't get some rest.What can y'all do about that.half off next visit or free.something
