Liked: Location was close to campus
Disliked: We had arrived after checkin time to find a completely dirty room. Bed unmade. Bathroom has dirty towels all over the floor. Dirty cups on table. The room cost over $500 per night and we didn’t even receive a clean room. No compensation for this gross inconvenience.

Disliked: Online advertised hot tub and there was not one. No sugar free sugar and I have 5 year old diabetic grandbaby that I could not take to breakfast because she would have cried if she could not have that waffle, while watching the other kids and people enjoy eating one. That’s one of the high lights of our hotel stays is the waffles at breakfast. The heated pool was cold and the windows in the pool room were not maintained well, missing the seals and had towels on the bottom seal. The staff was very friendly and I liked the location of the hotel.

Great Location

Liked: Location was perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Ashley and her co worker.
Disliked: Inside bathrooms were dated and would be nicer if they were updated. No ventilation in bathroom also.

Disliked: Luggage carts were falling apart. Booked room with"living" area. Room didn't have it.
