One of the best stays at a hotel I have ever had. Staff is awesome; loved the evening snack time and breakfast was hot and good. Very clean and felt very welcomed and all the guests interacted. Keep up the great work!

Clean but let down.

Liked: It was nice. The tile was being remodeled which was awesome to see! I love business adding updates to their facilities. Clean. Breakfast was good!
Disliked: I was put in a handicap room, which I didn’t need or request- so the shower and facilities were different. I received a 3 month expired soda out of the vending machine and the hot tub was out of service (which is the main reason I booked here).

Good value, convenient location to...

Liked: Very good. Kitchen coordinator was excellent. Attentive to keeping food containers filled & tables cleared and wiped. Young man at reception area, evenings, extremely helpful, excellent driving directions, cheerful.

Stay at the Hampton instead

Liked: Staff at breakfast was incredible, older woman with the energy of a teen & very polite. Her personality made up for the crappy roon 135. Tell house keeping to close themselves in the bathroom when cleaning, looks like the floor behind the door hasn't been cleaned in years
Disliked: Dirty. Wore out leather chair looks like it came from the dumpster Scratched & beat up table/dresser / piss stains on carpet / small reading lights bad bulbs.
