One of the best stays at a hotel I have ever had. Staff is awesome; loved the evening snack time and breakfast was hot and good. Very clean and felt very welcomed and all the guests interacted. Keep up the great work!

Disliked: We went to use the pool and there was a bunch of people drinking and kids in the hot tub so we couldn’t use any of them and that was the main reason we chose this one

Liked: Breakfast was amazing, check in was easy.
Disliked: Some of the lights in our room didn’t work. We use the laundry facilities and the dryer did not work. The front desk unfortunately did not offer to reimburse us for money spent on using the dryer multiple times. One of the doors did not work to let us back in, thus having to walk around the whole building to come back in. We came for the heated pool and it was busy the entire time we were there.

Did not meet my expectations....

Liked: Breakfast was good. Problem with room was the furniture, carpeting and generally the hotel needs to be remodeled and furnishings tossed.

Liked: Super easy & fast check-in, nice decor and super comfy room. Indoor pool and hot tub was great too. !

Bad and short

Liked: Lady at front desk was nice but I had to call the building for her to come to the counter when I arrived. I was really tired from driving and it sucked that I had to wait so long to check in.
Disliked: Construction was in the way and elevator wouldn’t work. Room smelled musty, light didn’t work by bed, remote wouldn’t work, tub was dirty, water had a smell to it when you turned in faucet, toilet paper roll was used and not fresh. Accent chair was very old and scuffed looking. Pillows were flat and top cover didn’t look bleached but dull rather. I hate to complain but it was not what I saw in pics.
