Disappointing

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: We had neighbors who were extremely loud from 5 to 8 in the morning on our last night. I called the front office and walked to the front desk to get help. I had to leave in the morning without decent sleep. This situation wasn't handled properly. I paid to rest there, and that didn't happen.

it was a pleasant stay.

Liked: Clean and comfortable and the staff is extremely nice and helpful.Cookies were a plus.Breakfast is good.There is a pay washer and dryer on site and that helped.
Disliked: Beds could have been more comfortable.Noise from people next door or in halls seems to always be a problem no matter where i stay.its annoying not being able to sleep because of loud noises.i just use earplugs and a sound machine where i can.
