Overall good experience; easy walk to Tacoma Dome; staff was very helpful with recommendation for restaurants.

Disliked: Bed was not very comfortable.

Room was not what I booked so had to be moved. One lady behind the counter was very rude about moving us. She said, "do you really need 2-queen beds if you have a pull out couch?". I told her I wanted what I paid for months ago or compensation. I also thought the food tasted like hospital food. They don't do room service on concert nights so you are stuck with the gross food. Breakfast was average, nothing to write home about.

Liked: Clean room even though it was small. Only one rude person helping us, so hate to take it out on the others.

Disliked: The manager was extremely rude and dismissive the second time we tried to book a room. I wouldn’t expect someone in a management position to behave in such a rude manner and hang up on me if she was trained correctly and was really a people person she would’ve had a more decent conversation. She was extremely unprofessional and rude. Drey was her name . Because of her I will never book a room through Comfort Inn again horrible experience with her.

Liked: They didn't refund the $100 to my account, they deducted more than agreed, and until now they haven't refunded me, and also regarding the service, I think there wasn't enough people at reception to provide support.

Liked: The elevator was broke. No one notified me in advance. I have back issues & carrying my luggage & going up & down the stairs was not acceptable. I was told no 1st floor room's available. It was late when I arrived & I was told tired to try to find another motel. Your staff was under staffed & not very helpful. Very disappointed.

Liked: The location was great
Disliked: The pictures online do not portray how the hotel really looks inside which is old looking and definitely needs to be remodeled especially for the prices they’re charging to stay there a night. The elevator doesn’t work and this is not listed on their website that’s not good, they didn’t have a date on when it would be back up and running either, also the room we stayed in for 3 days did not have a working TV. That’s how old and non working the hotel is. We complained day 1 about it and they offered nothing until we complained again on day 2. They offered us to move to another room but with our luggage unpacked etc we decided not to. But like shouldn’t you know if the room you’re allowing to be used has any working items? And why didn’t anyone come check in on us or offer us to move to another room that night? The general manager Jessica C was rude as hell about the whole thing. She got mad at us for complaining and asking for a discount due to the TV not working and only offered 10% off for 1 day. Knowing their hotel is not up to par. I made a complaint on her as well. The energy she gave off was rude so she got that same energy back. We won’t be coming back and I’m telling others as well!

The worst comfort inn stay...

Liked: Nothing. I liked nothing
Disliked: The hotel is under construction. Grab and go breakfast was a joke. The long bed was all springs. I could hear through the walls clearly. Elevator out of order.

Exceptional

only really needed a room...

Liked: There was no breakfast. there was no working elevator so had to lug luggage up the stairs (and down) first room offered me was on 3rd floor asked for one on lower floor and was placed on second. first room there did not have working light over the bed, second one which I did accept was missing a hair drier ( was delivered) and the sink controls were very stiff and hard to operated.
