Overall good experience; easy walk to Tacoma Dome; staff was very helpful with recommendation for restaurants.

Liked: Good location for concert; very friendly staff.
Disliked: Bed was not very comfortable.

Room was not what I booked so had to be moved. One lady behind the counter was very rude about moving us. She said, "do you really need 2-queen beds if you have a pull out couch?". I told her I wanted what I paid for months ago or compensation. I also thought the food tasted like hospital food. They don't do room service on concert nights so you are stuck with the gross food. Breakfast was average, nothing to write home about.

Liked: Clean room even though it was small. Only one rude person helping us, so hate to take it out on the others.

only really needed a room...

Liked: There was no breakfast. there was no working elevator so had to lug luggage up the stairs (and down) first room offered me was on 3rd floor asked for one on lower floor and was placed on second. first room there did not have working light over the bed, second one which I did accept was missing a hair drier ( was delivered) and the sink controls were very stiff and hard to operated.

Disliked: I did not like anything about this property. Very unclean. The TV didn’t work. The elevator was down due to construction and not conducive when have four little ones having to use the outdoor stairs. Smoke detector had a hole in the wall not even sure if it worked. Found hair in the bathtub and a used tampon in the towels. Also a magazine underneath our fitted sheet. Breakfast was given in a brown bag. Unacceptable. Do not recommend at all.

Liked: The location, that's it. It was close to where I needed to be the next day.
Disliked: The elevators were broken and have been for months. The outlets in my room were broken and falling out of the wall. There was either blood or feces on the shower curtain, and not just a little droplet, a big noticable smear. And at checkout they give you a "grab and go" bag. Which had a frozen egg sandwich, water, an orange, a squished muffin, yogurt and a granola bar. Which would've been fine if the sandwich wasn't frozen. That's not a grab and go. And then there was ghetto writing on one of their comfort pamphlets that said "Racquel you are safe".

Horrible! Overpriced

Liked: How close it was to the concert venue
Disliked: Elevators were down we had to walk the 2 stories from the garage then 3 stories to our room, there were holes in the hotel room walls, there was blood on the shower curtain, there was used soap bar in the shower, the shower didn’t drain and back filled from the pipes. I attempted to talk to someone at checkout and no one was at the counter, I reached out to them via email with no response I have photo evidence. Our room almost cost $400 it’s UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

Price of the room was...

Liked: I liked the convenience that the venue we were going to was right next door. I liked the fact they served breakfast and had a nice sitting area to eat it.
Disliked: What I didn't like was the elevator was broken. We had to climb up 3 flights of stairs to get to our room and they didn't give us a discount for that. Plus the soda machine was empty.

We only needed a bed...

Liked: The only reason to book this hotel is for the location if you are going to an event at the tacoma dome
Disliked: Room wasn't clean elevators were down just overall bad
