Overall good experience; easy walk to Tacoma Dome; staff was very helpful with recommendation for restaurants.

Room was not what I booked so had to be moved. One lady behind the counter was very rude about moving us. She said, "do you really need 2-queen beds if you have a pull out couch?". I told her I wanted what I paid for months ago or compensation. I also thought the food tasted like hospital food. They don't do room service on concert nights so you are stuck with the gross food. Breakfast was average, nothing to write home about.

Liked: Clean room even though it was small. Only one rude person helping us, so hate to take it out on the others.

Liked: The location is the only thing going for it.
Disliked: It was dirty. From the stairwell which we had to use to access our rooms to the overall room - the mini fridge was old, most tv stations didn’t work, the water temperature for the shower never went above luke warm, our keycards stopped working the 2nd day and overall it just wasn’t a pleasant experience. Now if you are staying here due to proximity to the Dome, ok… but pay Uber the $15 extra to stay somewhere else but here. This felt like a road side motel in the middle of no where. Yes the elevators have been down for months now. They keep saying they are updating - don’t buy it. This is literally a roach motel.

Liked: It was reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately it was a little dated and in need of some maintenance.
Disliked: The elevator didn't work. The toilet didn't work the best. The room smelt old and dingy.

Beware the Bed Bugs.

Liked: The location is perfect if you're attending anything at Tacoma Dome. The staff were friendly and there was complimentary breakfast each morning.
Disliked: This was the worst hotel experience I have had in my life. I should have paid more attention to the reviews because they mention bed bugs, and the place still has them. After all, I discovered one on the second night of my stay! I was given an alternate room promptly, but my experience was thoroughly ruined, as I had spent the final weekend of my vacation vacuuming and cleaning everything I had packed on this trip. And it's not like I paid pocket change for this room - over 500 USD!I could have overlooked the uncomfortable bed, the loud train running right by the hotel late into the night and the shoddy Wi-Fi had it not been for the bed bug completely ruining the experience.

Disliked: elevator not working. Was told have to take stairs up 1 floor BUT the real truth was you had to climb 3 floors from the parking lot BEFORE you got to floor 1! Overall hotel located in VERY SKETCHY area, Several questionable people walking around outside. PLUS the entry to parking garage card reader is dark and huge group of bushes right next to reader. If i was a small person or woman alone i would be very nervous in parking here!

Liked: Room was fine. Clean and sort of comfortable beds. Staff was nice and helpful. It was reeeeaaally close to the Tacoma dome
Disliked: This hotel is a disaster. Abandoned kitchens, ceiling panels missing, elevator broken, miscellaneous junk stacked in hallways and back rooms. Event though it's advertised, there is actually no room service, lounge bar, wheelchair access or restaurant.
