It exceeded my expectation for...

Liked: It's within walking distance from the river district and 5 minutes from where I was going at the University. Breakfast was standard, not much to ask for so it was great. Coffee was excellent. Could not beat the price
Disliked: I traveled light to avoid checking bags since it was just an overnight stay, and when hotels don't have soap in the shower, I end up having to use the little tiny bars (at least I'm clean). Also, the shower drain slightly backed up during my stay (not much), but I would recommend drain to be cleaned out more often.
